The principal is a leader, a driver of change, determining school policy, which determines how the school's mission is realized. One of the principal tasks in the lead school is supervising the teaching to the teachers. This duty exists at the consequences that the principal should have the competence as a supervisor of learning, therefore the task of the teacher in teaching and educating students not only implicitly charged to the teacher concerned but also in the professional guidance and coaching principals. Through instructional supervision or professional development the principal is able to produce competent and dynamic teachers, assist teachers in an effort to solve the issue of learning in the classroom. Principals can able to manage the creation of a harmonious relationship between the teachers, the implementation of a quality learning system in the schools, and high motivation to study in his leadership. The results of the school leadership and instructional supervision are the good learning process that is conducived to the success of student learning and to create the exelent teachers’.
