The study used a quantitative correlative approach with a random sampling technique, involving 300 new students as a sample from a total population of 2,145 students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques and correlation analysis. The results showed a strong positive correlation between character education and discipline (r = 0.627) and independence (r = 0.617). Regression analysis revealed that an increase in character education contributed to an increase in discipline by 63% and independence by 64.7%. Namun, pendidikan akidah menjumpai beberapa permasalahan berupa sifat materi akidah yang abstrak, metode pembelajaran yang monoton, serta rendahnya motivasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoritis bagaimana implementasi pendekatan Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) dalam pendidikan akidah sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Data kualitatif dikumpulkan kemudian direduksi lalu disajikan dalam bentuk narasi kemudian disimpulkan sebagai jawaban dari masalah yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CTL dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan serta menjadi solusi permasalahan pendidikan akidah. Penguatan kecerdasan emosional mencakup pengelolaan emosi, empati, keterampilan sosial, serta motivasi diri yang dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial dan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan menitikberatkan pada dimensi emosional, model pembelajaran ini membantu peserta didik dalam mengelola emosi dan peningkatan dalam proses belajar. Model pembelajaran Gerlach and Ely menunjukkan bahwa efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif dan inklusif, dimana peserta didik lebih termotivasi dan mampu mengatasi tantangan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kemampuan guru dalam membangun kesiapan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran keagamaan di MAN Kota Palangka Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup guru mata pelajaran Fikih, Al-Qur’an Hadis, Akidah Akhlak, dan SKI. Analisis data yang diterapkan mengacu pada model Milles dan Huberman, yang mencakup proses pengumpulan data, penyederhanaan data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membangun kesiapan belajar siswa. Signifikansi ini tentu saja tetap tergantung pada bagaimana guru mampu menerapkan metode pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, pemberian motivasi, serta pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang relevan kepada peserta didik. The research’s result show that the problem of understanding religious moderation of students at MTs Hidayatul Muta'allimiin Sidoarjo is mapped to six aspects namely Man, Money, Method, Material, Measurement and Environment. In human aspect was identified that the less role of principals, teachers and less parents’s role in socializing the implementation of religious moderation. In money aspect, lack of allocated funds became obstacles to provide religious moderation programs. In method aspect, there are still limited learning methods used in teaching religious moderation in the madrasah environment. In material aspect, less infrastructure making learning of religious moderation become monotonous without in-depth stimulation and contextual analysis. The measurement aspect shows that there has never been an evaluation of the understanding of religious moderation before. Hal ini mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis proses pengembangan media pembelajaran UTAKSI, serta (2) mengukur efektivitas penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&amp;D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE, yang mencakup tahapan Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 36 siswa kelas X H di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran UTAKSI memperoleh tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi, dengan persentase 95% dari ahli materi, 92% dari ahli bahasa, dan 90% dari ahli media. Selain itu, efektivitas media ini terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 57%, dengan tingkat ketuntasan meningkat dari 40% pada pretest menjadi 97% pada posttest. One of the characters that needs to be instilled is social awareness, which can be implemented through Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of social awareness characters in grade VI students of SDN 1 Samba Katung, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan through the material "The Beauty of Helping Each Other" which is taken from the values ​​in Surah Al-Maidah verses 2 and 3. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that PAI learning that teaches helping each other in goodness and avoiding sin and hostility can strengthen students' social awareness characters. In addition, the implementation of this material in schools has succeeded in encouraging students to help each other in various social activities, although there are still some students who have not fully applied the character. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with stages of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Learning quality is the component studied, which includes student satisfaction with the use of QR Code-based digital media, student motivation and engagement, impact on student understanding, and implementation difficulties. Students in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung are the subjects of this research. The research results show that the use of QR Code-based digital media in PAI learning helps students. This is because this media is considered fast, easy to understand and practical to use, making it more interesting compared to conventional learning media. Students also hope that QR Code-based digital media will be created for other subjects so that their enthusiasm for learning, quality of learning and learning outcomes will increase. After students answer the questionnaire, data is collected. This shows that 32 students averaged a score of 57 with a percentage of 75%. Therefore, the questionnaire results can be categorized as having an average score of 61%–80%, which means good. The method used is field research. The research results show that in the context of learning, students' low socioeconomic background affects their learning facilities. Nevertheless, the Islamic Education curriculum aligns with the school's vision of shaping students with noble character. In terms of input, Islamic Education teachers have met the standards set by the government, but they still face challenges due to lack of teaching materials and limited technological learning media. In the learning process, teachers consistently use diverse methods tailored to learning objectives and utilize technology, albeit with limitations. Regarding the product aspect, student learning outcomes are quite good, with nearly 75% reaching the minimum completion criteria. In Islam, reason is seen as a gift that must be educated to be able to think critically, rationally, and based on religious values, while character includes the formation of noble morals that become the basis of human behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of hadith in the education of reason and character building and its relevance in modern life. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach through a literature study, which involves an in-depth study of the traditions related to the education of reason and character building. The results show that the Prophet's hadith provides comprehensive direction in educating the intellect through the recommendation to study and think critically, as well as building character through the internalization of moral values such as honesty, patience, and compassion. This synergy between intellect and character education not only forms intelligent and moral individuals, but also supports the creation of a harmonious and civilized society. The spiritual competency of instructors and its effects on Islamic Religious Education instruction at State Junior High School (SMPN) 2 Lengkong, Nganjuk, are the subjects of this study. This research is grounded in a field study and employs a descriptive-qualitative analytic approach. The research subjects consisted of two teachers, the principal, the head of the MGMP (Teacher Working Group), and one student at SMPN 2 Lengkong, Nganjuk. Interviews, observations, document analyses, and focused-group discussions were used to gather the data. The results show that sincerity with which teachers educate their students is the source of their spiritual competency. To improve the learning process and its quality, teachers are primarily motivated by this sincerity to teach with all of their hearts, souls, responsibilities, and disciplines. Teachers of Islamic Religious Education are influenced by their spiritual competency, which also helps them carry out their responsibilities efficiently. Spiritual competency affects children’s morality and increases their motivation for academic success. The research aims to: (1) examine the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Darul Ulum Sugio Lamongan, (2) investigate the improvement in students' motivation to learn Islamic education, and (3) determine whether the implementation of the independent curriculum influences students' motivation. Employing a quantitative research method with a descriptive quantitative research design, the findings indicate: (1) The implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Darul Ulum Sugio Lamongan is effective, with a percentage value of 71.3%. (2)The improvement in motivation to learn Islamic education in Class X is considered sufficient, with a percentage value of 69.8%. (3) A simple linear regression analysis using SPSS confirms that the implementation of the independent curriculum significantly influences students' motivation to learn Islamic education. The significance value of 0.003 confirms statistical significance; however, the calculated t-value of 0.302 is lower than the t-table value of 1.986, indicating a negative impact. It highlights the government's efforts to incorporate Islamic Religious Education (IRE) into the national education system as a means to instill Islamic values in students, thereby fostering their religious and ethical character. The law recognizes Islamic Education as part of formal, non-formal, and informal educational institutions, regulates it as a subject in the curriculum across all educational levels, integrates Islamic values into the educational system, and asserts that religious education serves as a source of values and is integral to national education. The author employs the Literature Study method or Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which enables the author to identify, review, and analyze existing findings, resulting in a hierarchically structured and informative text. Furthermore, while this article focuses on the legal perspective provided by Law No. 20 of 2003, it contrasts with other research that primarily analyzes the implementation of IRE in practice rather than its legal framework. Many studies investigate how effectively these policies are realized in educational settings, often highlighting challenges faced in execution.
