PENGARUH KEGIATAN SENI MENGGULUNG KERTAS TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK HALUS DI TAMAN KANAK-KANAK

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang berkembangnya motorik halus anak dan penggunaan media yang kurang kreatif oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan paper quilling (seni menggulung kertas) terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Putih Asri Kamboja Sumedang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Studi penelitian ini memakai kuantitatif dalam bentuk quasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 34 anak Taman Kanak-kanak Putih Asri Kamboja Sumedang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya yaitu Purposive Sampling anak kelas B1 dan kelas B2, masing-masing berjumlah 11 orang anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa indikator-indikator yang akan dicapai sebanyak 10 butir item, yang dilakukan melalui tes perbuatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembaran pernyataan. Kemudian data diolah dengan uji perbedaan (t-test) menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian terlihat bahwa varians data N-gain untuk kelas eksperimen dalam menggunakan kegiatan paper quilling dan kelas kontrol menggunakan kegiatan melipat origami adalah sama atau homogeny. Kemudian berdasarkan tabel di atas diketahui nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0,004 < 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kegiatan paper quilling (seni menggulung kertas) terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Putih Asri Kamboja Sumedang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022.
