KINERJA GURU PAUD DALAM PENILAIAN PERKEMBANGAN ANAK DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Menilai perkembangan anak merupakan salah satu kinerja yang harus dilaksanakan oleh guru PAUD untuk mengukur pencapaian lima aspek perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mngetahui kinerja Guru PAUD dalam penilaian perkembangan nak di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dengan menggunakan metode deskripsit dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, kinerja 75 guru di Kota Serang diukur dengan menggunakan angket yang berisikan indikator dari empat komponen penilaian perkembnagan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) guru membuat laporan penilaian dan evaluasi proses hasil belajar anak saat pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan sangat baik; 2) Guru menentukan lingkup asesmen proses dan hasil pembelajaran pada anak dengan baik; 3) Guru Menggunakan hasil penilaian, pengembangan dan evaluasi program untuk kepentingan pengembangan anak dengan baik; dan 4) Guru melakukan tindakan reflektif, korektif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan baik. Secara umum, guru PAUD di Kota Serang sudah baik dalam melaksanakan proses penilaian dan melaporkan hasil penilaian perkembangan anak kepada orangtua secara berkala.References
