Hubungan Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Kecamatan Harau Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota

Keberhasilan penyelanggaraan pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh kesiapan guru dalam mempersiapkan anak melalui kegaiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja guru anak usia ini. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif pedekatan assosiatif kausal, populasi penelitian guru Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Harau berjumlah 99 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified proportional random sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 44 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara variabel insentif dengan kinerja guru dengan hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah hubungan insentif dengan kinerja guru Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Harau Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota sebesar 26,6% dan sisanya 73,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian insentif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru
