Peran Guru dalam Proses Pembelajaran di Era Pandemi Covid-19

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan evaluator dalam proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 di SDN 2 Klesem Kebonagung, Pacitan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan peserta didik. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, sajian data, dan kesimpulan data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai fasilitator di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yaitu membuat grup WhatsApp dan melakukan strategi home visit. Selanjutnya, peran guru sebagai motivator yakni dengan guru bersikap ramah dan terbuka kepada peserta didik, memberikan hadiah berupa reward serta punishment kepada peserta didik, dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Sedangkan peran guru sebagai evaluator yaitu dengan pemberian tugas kepada siswa dan pemberian feedback terhadap tugas mereka serta pemberian remidi kepada peserta didik dengan nilai yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM).
Abstract: The purpose of the study is to describe the role of teachers as facilitators, motivators, and evaluators in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN 2 Klesem Kebonagung, Pacitan. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The participants in this research were the principal, class teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and document study. The data analysis techniques were an interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results showed that the teacher's role as a facilitator in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic was to create WhatsApp groups and carry out home visit strategies. Furthermore, the teacher’s role as a motivator was to be friendly and open to students, give rewards or punishments to students, and create fun learning when the learning process takes place. While, the teacher’s role as an evaluator was to give assignments to students and provide feedback on their assignments, and provide remedial program to students whose scores that do not meet the minimum completeness criteria.
